Reviews and Ratings
Staying above the bar that served good food and beer was a great experience. The rooms were well-furnished to a high standard, comfortable, very clean, and the facilities were excellent, including air conditioning. The only downside was the lack of parking. The service was top-notch, friendly, and not over the top. The location was wonderful, not in the heart of tourist central but easy to navigate to popular areas. The dining experience was absolutely out of this world, but slightly expensive. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel offers tidy, silent rooms with super comfortable beds. The small bath could be updated to a walk-in shower for a more modern feel. The recent room renovations include nice small amenities, making our stay pleasant.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and quiet, located above the pub, so there was no disturbance from the bar noise. The service was excellent, with a very welcoming and receptive staff. The location was ideal for both visiting family and exploring the city, offering a good mix of convenience and charm. The dining options were decent but could have had more healthy choices. Overall, a value-for-money experience with a few small room for improvements.
The hotel rooms were exceptional, clean, and comfortable with everything you need. They looked exactly as in the pictures and provided a relaxing stay. The service was excellent throughout my visit, with friendly and helpful staff who apologized for any inconvenience and offered suitable alternatives. The location was excellent, offering a comfortable place to stay just outside London city center. The dining experience was great, providing delicious meals with lots of options. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall stay.
The hotel has a charming room that feels like sleeping on a cloud but was too hot and stuffy upon arrival. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. The location was just what I needed for a family wedding, away from the London crowds but easily accessible. Dining offered a delicious buffet style meal. However, the room lacked proper ventilation, and the price was slightly high for the amenities provided.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were a good size, well ventilated, and decorated with nice blackout curtains, although facing a busy main road. Fortunately, I was able to switch to a much larger and quieter room at a great price for London.
